The name Years Of Falling symbolizes the past of a very rough life. The band was formed in late summer of 2009 and the music was some kind of progressive and straight forward hard rock. Time went by and the lineup has changed quite a bit.

Years Of Falling was reborn in the end of 2011 and went from hard rock to melodic death metal/thrash. Some of the many influences are the bands Testament, At The Gates, The Haunted, Nightrage, Killswitch Engage and Machine Head.
